Central Employment are working with a global B2B Technology driven organisation based in the North East, as they look to expand their Partnerships team. They have a new and exciting role for a client facing and commercially savvy Partnerships Development Executive.
Purpose of the Partnership Development Executive: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and on-boarding new partners to expand our network and drive growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and approaching potential partners that match their ideal profile(s) with the aim of securing high value partnerships. These organisations will include but not be limited to technology platforms, digital agencies, and industry associations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective partners through effective communication and collaboration.
- Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor partnership proposals accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage potential partners, using various channels such as email outreach, networking events, conferences, and social media platforms.
- With the guidance of the Partnerships Manager onboard new partners, which may include helping with integration setup, and training.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership launch.
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and ROI to key stakeholders.
Experience required for this Partnership Development Executive role:
- Proven track record of success in partnerships or business development roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry – 2/3 years dedicated experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
