We are working with a software company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Sales Team Lead to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team to sell products and solutions within the UK
  • Generating campaigns and strategies to increase usage
  • Providing support to grow accounts
  • Setting and reviewing individual and team sales quotas
  • Conducting regular team reviews
  • Working closely with customers through phone calls, web and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing existing accounts
