Due to an internal transition, an exciting opportunity has opened to join our client's Credit Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for cash collection, achieving both set individual and team targets, resolving queries, generating reports, allocating cash and maintaining/reducing DSO.
What you'll need
We are looking to fill the role with someone who has at least 2 years of business to business Credit Control, who has excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships internally and externally. You must have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Our clients are looking for someone who either has a CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) or is working towards it.
