A privately-owned, fast-growing M&E Contractor is seeking a driven Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team, delivering high-spec projects—typically across the Commercial Fit-Out / Retrofit space. This is your chance to join a tight-knit, responsive client where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and if you’re passionate about quality, collaboration, and owning the full project lifecycle, this is the role for you.
As the Mechanical PM, you’ll be the driving force behind project success—from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover. You’ll ensure key milestones are hit, manage subcontractors, oversee cost forecasting and reporting, and build strong client relationships to keep projects on track and on spec. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, helping shape the future of the business.
You’ll have the freedom to follow your instincts and make your own calls. You’ll be trusted to know what’s best, giving you room to lead with confidence.
You’ll have around 7 years’ post-qualification experience (HNC / HND) in mechanical project delivery, with a proven track record managing mechanical packages ranging from £10k to £1m. You’ll bring strong commercial and planning skills, and be a team player who thrives on responsibility and relationship-building.
