About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager to join our Cyber Security team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of IAM strategies, transformations, and control reviews for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex IAM challenges using a combination of processes and technology to help organisations manage their IAM risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale IAM transformation projects, overseeing implementation and strategy development.
- Scope and manage small to medium-sized IAM projects from inception to delivery.
- Review IAM controls and regulatory requirements, defining remediation plans and roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership in the IAM domain, contributing to the development of IAM strategies and frameworks.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Manage engagement teams (2-5 colleagues), providing technical guidance and consultancy expertise.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards, ensuring integrity in all aspects of IAM delivery.
Technical Expertise & Skills Required:
- Strong subject matter expertise across IAM domains, including Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Experience defining and embedding IAM controls in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of leading IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and others.
- Understanding of disruptive trends and the evolution of IAM technologies.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to balance delivery and business development activities effectively.
Desirable Experience:
- Proven background in corporate, utilities, or financial sectors.
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise identity, customer IAM, access management, and privileged access management.
- Strong knowledge of JML processes, RBAC, entitlement management, multi-factor authentication, and policy enforcement.
- Aware of IAM regulatory requirements and risk-based frameworks.
Qualifications:
- CISSP, CISM, or comparable professional certifications preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, producing high-quality deliverables.
