Tonic are searching for a Restaurant General Manager to run our client’s key outlet within a stunning hotel. Our client is looking for their Restaurant General Manager to be a highly driven, passionate individual who lives and breathes hospitality. The Restaurant General Manager must have a love for food and wine and be ready to take their career to the next level!
