Somewhere just outside Doncaster, the skyline is changing. We need a professional Document Controller to work behind the scenes and make sure every drawing, document and revision is where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there.

The Document Controller will have proven experience in the construction sector and the ability to totally own the flow of information. Embedded on site as part of the team and working closely with technical teams, project managers and external consultants, the Document Controller will play a key role in keeping the wheels turning and the project on track. This isn’t an admin job in disguise; this is about providing calm in the chaos and keeping a handle on project documentation at all times.

Why this role:

  • A high profile, high quality contractor that understands the value of their people
  • Proper recognition for doing your job well (from people who understand the value of a DC)
  • A site based role which you are very much a part of and not a spare part
  • Long term career prospects with regional work

What are we looking for?

  • Experience managing construction documentation (ideally on major build projects)
  • Confidence using document control systems
  • The ability to communicate with people at every level, from site to boardroom
  • Someone who’s organised, proactive, and genuinely cares about getting things right

If you’re the kind of person who notices the small details before they become big problems and you like the idea of being part of something brilliant, let’s talk. Apply now or contact Charles @ rework.
