A UK & Foreign Sales Executive is required to join a growing finance and valuations business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, target-driven individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to a business that is focused on providing valuation services for UK and international shareholders.
They are a leading provider of share valuation services for UK and overseas shareholders, helping clients unlock the value of their shareholdings. They specialise in valuations, share sales, and the management of medallion guarantee services, providing a streamlined, professional and customer-focused experience to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and partners
- Reporting into the Head of UK & Foreign Business
- Drive new business development and generate leads through proactive sales efforts
- Provide quotations and promote additional cross-sell services to increase revenue
- A strong and continuous focus on business development.
- Working towards team and individual incentives
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high standard of service
- Negotiate with agents and partners to secure the best outcomes for clients and the business
- Support valuation and medallion guarantee processing
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs, ensuring customer service excellence
- Attend regular sales meetings and liaise closely with the Head of UK and Foreign Business.
- Self-manage administrative duties and maintain accurate records
- To be accountable when working towards meeting KPLs and SLAs
- Ensure that deadlines and objectives are met
- Forward planning for business needs
- Identify improvements in customer engagement and internal processes
- Represent the business professionally across social media and other platforms
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance or sales
- Strong understanding of stock/shares (preferred)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Social media engagement and email tool experience (essential)
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A-level qualifications (desirable)
- CRM experience and proficiency with Windows-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Windows apps proficiency
- Highly motivated and self-driven
