Are you passionate about defining and delivering cutting-edge Travel IT solutions? We\’re looking for a Product Definition Analyst to join a leading airline and airport ground handling solutions provider, working on mission-critical, 24/7 systems that power the global travel industry.

What You\’ll Do:

• Act as the bridge between Product Owners, developers, testers, and customers
• Gather and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Troubleshoot, document, and continuously optimize product performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance airline and airport technology solutions
• Work in an Agile environment to ensure seamless delivery

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Experience in product definition & stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe)
• Ability to synthesize complex processes & create clear documentation
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
