Exciting opening for 2 Technical Consultants with DevOps and Automation experience to join a leading Network Automation and Security Consultancy! Looking for people with either Network Engineering backgrounds who have strong Python Scripting/Coding skills or Python Developers who are keen to get exposure to Security & Networking tech.

Salary: £65k/£75k – Benefits, Bonus, Car allowance

Location: Mainly Remote (2/3 days per month in office)

You will have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Background in Network Engineering or Python Software Development
  • Python Scripting/Coding
  • NetBox experience
  • Unit testing - PyUnit, Pytest, PyPY, Panda, IP Networks (MPLS, BGP, OSPF/ISIS) or keen to learn Network technologies
  • Ability to run workshops, lead design workstreams, and present technical solutions to customers
  • Passion for DevOps and the benefits that automation can bring
  • Network and Cloud Security best practices
  • Ideally have experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, NETCONF)
  • CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab)
  • Containerisation Docker and Kubernetes / Configuration (Ansible, Pulumi, Terraform)
