We undertake work across the country, and are looking to recruit in all areas of England and Wales.
The role involves inspecting tenanted residential portfolios, completing inspection forms, taking street and portfolio photographs, and using your research to provide feedback relating to the local property market and the existing housing stock. The role may require considerable commuting distance in some cases and overnight accommodation may be necessary where there is reasonable justification.
It is essential that you develop proficient local market knowledge specific to the portfolio and geographical spread as each instruction requires. You would be expected to be proficient in using Microsoft Office software and be able to manage your time to meet tight deadlines. Suitable training on our working practices will be provided along with ongoing ad hoc training as and when necessary.
