A leading organisation in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a skilled and dedicated Property Loss Adjuster to cover the South Coast region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values innovation, customer service, and professional development. The role will be home-based, offering you flexibility in your work environment.
In this role as Property Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for proactively attending site and investigating commercial property claims. You will provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process and ensure that claims are handled efficiently and proactively. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with various internal and external parties. You will also need to adhere to contractual and client SLAs and KPIs, contributing to the company's high standards of service delivery.
To be successful, you must have in-depth knowledge of commercial property claims and principles, with experience in an external role. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, alongside a good degree of IT competency and literacy. Ideally you will have started your CILA or CII exams, or have a willingness to work towards this with company support.
As part of the package, you will receive a competitive salary up to £60,000 + car allowance, an enhanced contributory pension, and a performance-related bonus.
