One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager / Director.
Location: Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey
Permanent role. Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits (Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%). Housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.
Experience:
- Manager or Director level - experience in Head of / Senior Manager level positions (role will have approx. 4 direct reports and 60 indirect)
- Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring
- Stakeholder management skills - will be working at a senior / C level
- Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance (General Insurance / GI / Personal / Motor / Home / Marine / Travel / Commercial etc) sector would be advantageous
