Salary: £38,000 + Commission

We’re working with a leading flexible workspace provider to find a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join their sales team. If you’re passionate about client service, confident handling incoming enquiries, and experienced in converting leads into lettings, this could be the perfect role for you. As the Lettings Negotiator, you'll act as the first point of contact for all prospective tenants, managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to viewing and letting. You’ll play a key role in building strong internal and external relationships to support business growth and maximise occupancy across a diverse property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into property viewings and lettings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the available portfolio and match clients to suitable spaces.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams and building managers to ensure seamless handovers and high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, brokers, and third-party intermediaries.
  • Coordinate and book viewings to centralise and streamline the lettings process.
  • Support other departments when required, always with a focus on the customer journey and increasing occupancy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property lettings, ideally commercial (office, retail, or flexible workspace).
  • A confident communicator with a passion for delivering first-class service.
  • Organised, driven, and capable of managing a busy workload.
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into deals.
  • Able to build strong internal and external relationships.
