Real Estate Finance Lawyer | Boutique Firm | London An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing team at a highly regarded boutique law firm in London. This firm boasts a strong reputation in the real estate finance market and advises a wide range of lender and borrower clients including banks, bridging lenders, and private funds on complex and high-value transactions across the UK. If you are an ambitious solicitor with solid property finance experience and a desire to further your career in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment, this role offers strong long-term prospects, genuine client exposure, and the chance to play a key role in the team\’s continued success. The Role: – Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, investment, development, and bridging finance. – Managing secured lending transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, with minimal supervision. – Acting for a range of specialist lenders and financial institutions. – Liaising directly with borrowers, lenders, investors, valuers, and other stakeholders. – Ensuring efficient and proactive case management, with a strong focus on compliance and risk. – Supporting business development efforts and building long-term client relationships. – Representing the firm at industry events and networking opportunities. – Mentoring and supervising junior team members where appropriate.
