Lead Java Developer with strong AWS (Glue, Lambda)

10+ years of experience to lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.

• Participate into the security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions into the architectural forums.
• Build high-performance and scalable and robust applications.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards and engage into code reviews.
• Participate into Incidents awareness and support handling.
• Strong knowledge of Java(core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring/Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins.
• Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML and database concepts with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery and XML Query;
• Good to have experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace etc
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
