My client is a global world renowned hotel operator, operating 14 large luxury hotels across the East and Western Caribbean, currently looking for an experienced F&B Director to oversee their 300 bed, 13 F&B outlet site with multiple F&B outlets across Caribbean, French, Steakhouse, Mediterranean, British and Italian cuisine and numerous bars.

The successful applicant will have significant high quality / high volume senior Food and Beverage management experience, ideally at F&B Director level, preferably with 4/5* remote Island resorts, preferably in the Caribbean and/or Indian Ocean resort food and beverage management experience.
