We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries and larders serving modern British food with a real focus on seasonal produce from around the UK. As Chef de Partie based in Brentford, you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Place
Our client is an independently owned rapidly growing company with several restaurants, pantries and stores with a reputation for culinary excellence. You have the opportunity to work in a company voted highly in the top best hospitality places to work by Caterer and a modern British restaurant recently nominated for Catey’s restaurant of the year award. The venue itself is located with beautiful river views with an outdoor terrace, accommodating 150 diners per service which increases in summer months. This group is Rosette standard within a beautiful yet casual setting.
The Person
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Rosette restaurant experience and passion
- 2 years in a similar kitchen
- Eager to learn
- Can-do attitude and team player
- Punctual and proactive
- Confidence to run a section
- Fully flexible on shifts
- A true passion for food and the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
