An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join this fine Hotel. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual who can meet the high standards needed to cover the reception desk.
As a Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Taking telephone calls
- Providing a warm welcome to every guest
- All aspects of guest relations
- Assisting in general enquiries including bookings and reservation requests, dealing with enquiries & reception duties
- Dealing and solving problems
- Regular show rounds and dealing with event enquiries
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar reception role within high end hotel/restaurant at management level
- Work within a small team and on their own
- Work in a high demanding environment
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Proactive and being able to think on their feet
You must be prepared to work with the needs of the business which includes early, late and weekend shifts. You must have your own transport. Full training will be provided, and whilst it would suit someone with previous experience, it's a role very much for a friendly and bubbly character.
