We are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic & driven Spa and Leisure Club Manager. As Spa and Leisure Club Manager you will oversee the Spa facilities ensuring outstanding standards of customer service in all areas of the operation are maintained to excellent level. You will focus on operating the Spa & Leisure facilities including Retail, to maximise their financial contribution to the overall hotel's business.

Our client is a beautiful 4 red Star Hotel with 100+ bedrooms set in the heart of 66 acres of glorious park & boasts the longest uninterrupted view in Hampshire. With a 2 rosette Restaurant they are committed to delivering hospitality to the highest standard.

The Person

As the Spa and Leisure Club Manager you will have the following:

  • Experience within a similar role, at a similar style of property
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
  • Pool Plant experience advantageous
  • Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
  • This is an operational role so you must be happy to complete treatments and be qualified to NVQ level 3
  • To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department
  • Excellent communication skills and be approachable
  • Talent for creating a positive team environment
