We have an exciting new vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join our team at our Head office located in Hale Barns just outside of Altrincham. At Britannia Hotels we are forward-thinking, ambitious, and continually expanding. With 63 hotels across the UK offering over 10,000 bedrooms, the key to our success is location; our hotels can be found in prime cities across the UK as well as near major airports, in coastal beach-front towns and stunning countryside.

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks.
  • Responding to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Inputting collected information onto spreadsheets.
  • Organising filing systems and updating office databases.
  • Providing assistance and support across various areas of the business as needed.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should also be organised, punctual, and efficient. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
