Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced CAD Engineer to join a specialist Stafford based engineering company. As the successful CAD Engineer, you'll need to have a British passport and be qualified to Degree level.
Key aspects of the CAD Engineer role include:
- Experience with AutoDesk Inventor software for 3D modelling and design
- Ability to create 3D models and technical mechanical drawings
- Good understanding of 3D design principles, practices and techniques
- Ability to visualise and create 3D designs from concept to completion
- Ability to provide support and training to junior CAD Engineers on Autodesk Inventor and design best practices
- Willingness to learn and implement new software features and techniques to improve design efficiency and quality
Successful CAD Engineer will need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as you'll be put through basic level security clearance. Qualified to at least Degree level is an essential requirement.
Working arrangements include Mondays and Fridays working from home, with the rest of the week being office based. The company encourages and will support Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc.
