Restaurant Team member (New Guildford Location!)

We are seeking a passionate Team Member who loves Italy and wants to help us create exceptional dining experiences at our new Guildford pasta restaurant. Your role will include cooking and serving fresh pasta, as well as being part of a vibrant team in one of the coolest locations in town.

Picture this: pasta made in the window, Italian music, the aroma of ragù, pasta-making classes, Vespa deliveries, and more.

As a Team Member, you will:

1. Prepare and plate pasta dishes to high standards.
2. Handle dine-in and delivery orders efficiently.
3. Bring positivity and warmth to the team and customers.
4. Greet customers enthusiastically.
5. Follow recipes to ensure quality.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
7. Monitor ingredient supplies and inform management of shortages.
8. Keep surfaces sanitized and equipment in good condition.
9. Follow health and safety guidelines.
10. Assist with cleaning and teamwork tasks.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in customer or food service is a plus, but passion for Italian food matters most.
• Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and reliability.
• Flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: experience with coffee, wine, or pasta.
