The Role
As Head Chef, you'll be at the forefront of all culinary operations across the hotel, leading the kitchen team with creativity, energy, and a focus on quality. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering innovative, seasonal menus across multiple outlets
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring high standards of presentation and consistency
- Managing kitchen budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
- Training, mentoring, and motivating your brigade
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
