Experienced Senior Sous Chef - Modern British Restaurant, Brentford.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus on seasonal produce from around the UK. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be based in Brentford, assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. You will work with the Head Chef on menu development and specials, quality and cost control, and kitchen management in the absence of the Head Chef.

- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Live locally to the area and be able to access the venue easily
