Managing 20 beer lines including 4 real ales and 16 different lagers, craft, beers, IPA’s, stout and ciders, you understand stock rotation, managing wastage and have an eye for detail when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. A passion for hospitality and giving our guests the best experience, you are attentive, knowledgeable, engaging and composed under pressure. With no 2 days being the same, you are adaptable and flexible as the rota requires. Career development is here for you if you want to progress – we will also support you to excel in your role if you wish to become a bartender expert. This role is a zero hour contract.
