Front HouseManager Ideal Profile:

• Experience: Proven experience working in multi Contract catering sites, demonstrating a deep understanding of the high standards expected in such settings.
• Customer Service: A commitment to delivering unparalleled guest service, with a focus on creating unique and memorable experiences for each guest.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve excellence in every aspect of hotel operations.
• Operational Management: Competence in managing daily operations while also contributing to strategic planning and implementation of processes that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial reports and budgeting, with the ability to assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Role:
Monday to Friday role in city centre of Manchester, on temporary to Permanent role. £18 an hour. this site is very busy on a combination of food and beverage outlets.g guest issues with the utmost professionalism.
