Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Travel Manager to lead our travel services and elevate the journey for our clients.
The Role
As a Sales and Event Support Executive, you will provide crucial assistance to the Sales Team and Operations, ensuring smooth operations across all stages of the sales process and event coordination. You will conduct real-time pricing research, assist with market research, maintain client data, and provide support during event execution to deliver seamless experiences for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Pricing & Availability
- Research and provide accurate pricing and availability for the Sales Team.
- Respond to pricing inquiries from the Sales Team efficiently across all offices.
- Sales Support
- Assist in building and maintaining prospect lists.
- Conduct market research and manage CRM data (Salesforce, Monday.com, Xero).
- Office & Admin Support
- Ensure offices are well-stocked with resources and handle orders.
- Manage inbound calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Event Coordination
- Help create event materials in collaboration with the team.
- Collect client data, manage ticket dispatch, and liaise with venue suppliers.
- Maintain communication with the Sales Team, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with Pegasus Lounge setup and breakdown, and track sales and stock availability.
