We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in travel, luxury, or hospitality products to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract on a part-time basis (27 hours per week). You will be responsible for the development and delivery of premium soft products (such as pyjamas, bedding, and linens), premium amenity products (such as beauty & wellness minis for amenity kits), and sustainable packaging solutions, predominantly for the airline sector. Your role will involve collaborating with airline product teams and key brand partners to design and launch innovative, high-quality products that enhance the in-flight experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end product development process—from concept to completion (ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and production).
  • Develop premium soft products (sleepwear, bedding, and comfort items) tailored for airline clients.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify innovative product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, logistics, and airline partners to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Actively manage project timelines, leading cross-functional meetings and keeping launches on track.
  • Source and coordinate with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and test houses to develop, test, and approve products.

About you:

  • 4+ years of product development experience in travel, luxury, hospitality, or beauty industries.
  • Expertise in soft products (textiles, loungewear, bedding).
  • Strong project management and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance for textile and beauty products.
  • Knowledge of factory production processes in textiles and beauty manufacturing.
  • Passion for creating high-quality, innovative airline products.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
