The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
To Business Partner the Engineering team in Chapel and gain understanding of the cost base;
Prepare the annual Budget alongside European team members as well as Senior Engineering team members;
Prepare and post Journals for the Engineering centre alongside our offshore teams;
Ensure accurate posting of invoices;
Creation of weekly payment runs;
Ensure Invoices and Expenses are in line with corporate guidelines;
Preparation of monthly cost centre analysis and forecasts in line with the corporate timetable;
Assist in External and Internal Audit requests;
Assist in Fixed Asset Audit;
Assist in the preparation of the Internal SOX reporting process;
Assist in the data gathering for External Tax & Statutory Accounts partners;
Assist in preparation of new business proposals;
Required profile:
- 2:1 Degree (Degree in Business or Finance related subject);
- MS Office knowledge (especially Excel);
- Proactive;
- Team Player;
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills;
- Ability to work flexibly to hit deadlines;
- Previous experience as accountant;
- Eligibility to work in the UK is a must;
