We are looking for a Senior Liaison Engineer for a long term contract position based in the West Midlands. As a Senior Liaison Engineer, you will evaluate and resolve engineering-related production issues encompassing manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing engineering specifications and drawings.
- Collaborating with quality, material, manufacturing teams, and subcontractors to exchange technical information.
- Investigating reports of defective or malfunctioning components.
- Reviewing production schedules and orders.
- Examining, measuring, inspecting, or testing defective parts for conformance and evaluating findings to propose corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large projects or processes with minimal managerial oversight.
- Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals.
- Address complex and challenging problems effectively.
