Paritas is partnered with a leading IT/Professional Service provider who are looking for the following position based out of London:
We are seeking a Workday Practitioner as a workstream lead for the implementation of Workday on a Global HCM and Payroll Transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying Workday solutions and will be a key player in overseeing and managing the payroll deployment phase. This role requires the candidate to work closely with the internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful integration and delivery of Workday services.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a Workday Implementation Lead or Workday Practitioner, specifically in HCM and Payroll transformations.
- Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and its integration into larger HCM systems.
- Demonstrable experience managing global Workday implementations with complex payroll requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Experience with Workday's latest versions and modules would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to shadow and learn from the payroll deployment teams, taking a hands-on approach as required.
