Project Manager (Recladding) – South West London – Immediate Start A Project Manager is required to oversee the recladding package on a large residential building in South West London. The scheme has just commenced on site and consists of the replacement of non compliant cladding materials across 6 blocks. This is a logistically challenging London site close to a busy railway line and several other large construction projects. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering / brickwork / metsec / rainscreen / curtain walling / façade background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this. The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project in December 2025. Role/duties: Ensure smooth construction process including Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays Relevant qualification and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
