Their all-in-one cloud-based software solution offers spas, salons, gyms etc. a far more seamless way of working and generating revenue. Clients include; Hand & Stone, Massage Heights, Rush Hair & Beauty, Sono Bello, Profile by Sanford, CorePower Yoga and TONI&GUY. How do you make money? Booking in meetings with senior team members. Commission is completely uncapped so the more meetings you book…the more money you make. Top performers are making £40K in year 1 which will only increase as you progress. This could be through cold-calling, utilising inbound leads or getting out and about! This client is passionate about variation and making you a versatile salesperson. Added incentives…£100 cash prizes if you get most meetings booked in a day, best conversion rate, most decision makers spoken to, employee of the quarter etc. What does progression look like? Within 12 months you’d be expected to progress to senior SDR and at AE level within 18 months. If you want to manage people? Great! If not, you’ll be able to focus on personal development and growth instead but still being rewarded with a pay rise! What does the training entail? 4 weeks of learning the service, clientele and systems. Weekly coaching with the senior team, roleplays, ‘buddy up’ program with an AE – you’ll get to see the sale from start to finish . Culture…what can you expect? Quarterly team get togethers, ‘feet on the street’ go out and sell face to face with your colleagues! Regular target hitting incentives e.g. all expenses paid trips to London, Birmingham.
