We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our in-house team!
What you'll be doing:
- Contact our US customers who have attempted to make a purchase through our website and have been unsuccessful in placing their order.
- Help those customers complete their purchase and upsell additional products where appropriate.
- Record information in relevant databases.
- Have contact with customers to understand their needs and maximise sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on the US market.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; confident, professional and fluent in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM and tracking systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
