Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administration Manager to join our dynamic Market Access team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts and tendering, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Market Access Team: Collaborate with the Market Access team to ensure seamless contract administration and tendering processes.
  • Manage Contractual Paperwork: Handle all aspects of contractual documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee Tender Submissions: Coordinate and manage tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure Suppliers\’ Statements of Works: Review and verify suppliers\’ Statements of Works to ensure they meet contractual requirements and standards.
  • Review Tender Documents: Thoroughly review tender documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Handle Incoming Tenders: Manage and process incoming tenders efficiently.
  • Maintain Contracts Admin Database: Keep the contracts administration database up-to-date and organized.
  • Prepare and Submit Quotations: Prepare and submit quotations in response to tender requests.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in contracts administration and tendering within the healthcare industry.
