Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim Payments Regulatory Lawyers to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to senior-level England & Wales qualified lawyers with a background in payments regulatory work.
What you should have:
- At least 7 years PQE experience.
- Experience of advising banking, fintech, technology and/or payments sector clients on the regulatory and licensing aspects of payment products.
- Previous experience advising on the Cross Border Transfer Regulations and Wire Transfer Regulations.
- Experience of providing advice on both UK and EU payments directives and regulatory regimes.
- Previous experience of advising on matters in relation to the Payment Services Regulations 2017.
- Previous experience of liaising with the FCA and other regulators regarding payments regulatory issues would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal communication and technical drafting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
