From concept creation to final product approval, you'll play a key role in shaping their product range and driving the brand's success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from research and concept ideation to final production.
- Analyse industry trends and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities.
- Source and work with suppliers and manufacturers to create innovative formulations and packaging.
- Ensure all stages of product development are documented thoroughly and meet timelines and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to establish product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Assess product performance after launch and recommend improvements as required.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an NPD role.
- In-depth understanding of product development workflows and market trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
