Location: London (Hybrid) | 12 month Contract
I am looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Business Analyst to join the Ecommerce transformation team. You’ll be the bridge between commercial and technical teams — translating complex business needs into clear, actionable tech requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Work across teams including Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- Map as-is / to-be processes and define integration points
- Deliver across key systems: PIM, CRM, OMS, Fulfilment
- Collaborate with internal and third-party tech teams
- Keep business goals aligned with the technical roadmap
