IAPS have an exciting opportunity available for an eager, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Membership Officer on a full-time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week (part-time arrangements would be considered for the right candidate). In return you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Membership Officer is accountable for all issues relating to members and the association’s offer to them. They will assist us in growing our membership whilst supporting members to ensure they are getting the most out of their association. The Membership Officer will also support senior staff in developing our strategic aim to acquire new membership and to bring clarity to the membership categories and criteria. Working in a busy and varied position, you will play a key role in delivering high quality support to both our members and colleagues at IAPS. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for enquiries from prospective members as well as providing administrative support during the application process and supporting our members throughout their membership ensuring they are aware of all the benefits available to them.
