Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally NQ–8+ PQE (however, there are no upper limits for Solicitors with more experience), to join one of Cheltenham’s best property firms. Our client is a specialist Commercial and Real Estate firm with a newer (but highly successful) Residential Conveyancing team. They have particular expertise with property developers, p2p lenders, technology businesses, bars and restaurants, and franchise businesses. They also work with accountants, architects, and surveyors. Clients of this law firm have reviewed them as ‘an exceptional practice’, ‘impeccable service’, ‘prompt and efficient’ and ‘laid back but completely on point’. This is a rare opportunity to join a law firm with a national presence.

The role includes an existing caseload of work:

• Commercial Property (acquiring or disposing of business premises, leases of business premises, landlord and tenant work and more)
• Property Development (working with developers, funders and landowners through the entirety of their development process)
• Property Finance (supporting lenders with due diligence, ensuring their funds are fully protected)

What’s On Offer?

• Negotiable salary of £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. We are open to discussing higher salaries or revenue share with exceptional candidates.
