Our clients are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, customising, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 CE solutions
- Configure and customise D365 CE applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
- Develop and implement workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and integrations with other systems
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s product roadmap and make recommendations on improvements and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
- Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, data model, and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services (REST/OData) for D365 custom development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-240) are highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles
