As the company continues to grow, they are seeking talented professionals to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of service and maintenance contracts across sectors such as public, healthcare, facilities management and end-user environments. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Professional Leadership: Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring the company’s values and interests are upheld throughout all project phases. * Project Oversight: Take full responsibility for the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are adhered to. * Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project delivery aligns with their expectations. * Risk & Cost Management: Maintain and update cost sheets, manage budgets and ensure that deposits and payments are secured before work commences. * Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and handovers. * Compliance & Procedures: Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s commercial, contractual, and procedural standards. * Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and develop relationships with new clients. * Project Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of project progress and ensure Directors have up-to-date information on timelines and budgets. * Performance Optimization: Drive improvements and ensure the timely resolution of any project-related issues. Performance Measures: * Project Delivery: Successfully deliver all projects within the agreed scope, time and budget. * Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention. * Financial Targets: Meet or exceed financial targets related to project budgets and overall profitability. * Process Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the company’s operational and procedural guidelines. * New Business Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities for business growth within existing and new client bases.
