The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the South East, engaging with multiple partners and stakeholders. They will ensure appropriate clinical governance is in place for services and provide clinical professional expertise. Building and maintaining relationships will be a key skill for the role to provide a collaborative leadership approach that is sensitive and sympathetic to the unique challenges faced by patients, members of the public, health professionals and service managers., Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
