Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking a hands-on M365 expert to lead the migration of their central Microsoft 365 environment (circa 350 users) into a streamlined new tenant. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly shape their future cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Achieve:
- Spearhead the end-to-end migration of all core M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Own the technical delivery: planning, configuration, execution, and support.
- Work directly in the M365 Admin Centre, managing users, licenses, policies, and security.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a smooth and well-communicated transition.
- Develop and implement a clear migration plan, prioritising data integrity and user experience.
- Create user-friendly guides and communications to support the business.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide post-migration support and optimisation.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success delivering full M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (300+ users).
- Deep practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 Admin, and Azure AD.
- Experience with M365 migration tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on skills in user management, policies, domain setup, and security within M365.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
