  • Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

  • Collaborate with directors, external consultants, and contractors to produce comprehensive design packages.

  • Produce detailed specification documents, construction drawings, and manage project documentation.

  • Engage with local authorities, building control, and clients to ensure smooth project progression and regulatory compliance.

  • Support the team with project management, risk assessments, and managing deadlines.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout all project stages.

  • Strong technical, organisational, and time management skills.
