Salary range: £30,248.40 per year + Paid Breaks + Overtime paid at £15.35 per hour

Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday Night shifts. There is a two-week rolling rota for hours between 8pm - 8am.

About the role:

Working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 90-bed care home in Chorley, offering premium personal, dementia, and respite care over three floors. The home features high-quality furnishings, video calling facilities, and an array of amenities, including a beauty salon, ice cream parlour, and cinema room, providing residents with a vibrant and enriching environment.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will act as a role model, offering guidance and support to the care team. You will be responsible for administering medication, identifying signs of deterioration in residents’ conditions, and directing care appropriately. The role requires confidence in liaising with healthcare professionals and promoting high standards of care.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
