A leading Sage Business Partner is on the hunt for a dynamic, client-focused Account Manager to join their team. With an impressive client base and a reputation for delivering top-tier Sage ERP and Accounting solutions, theyβre looking for someone who can nurture key relationships, maximize retention, and identify new revenue opportunities.
What Youβll Be Doing:
β Managing relationships with existing Sage ERP clients, ensuring continued value and success.
β Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
β Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver the best solutions.
β Keeping customer data up to date and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.
β Attending monthly sales meetings and working closely with internal teams.
What Theyβre Looking For:
βοΈ Experience in Account Management (B2B) β Sage ERP experience is a plus!
βοΈ Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
βοΈ A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
βοΈ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
βοΈ Excellent IT and presentation skills.
