The Business
We are exclusively representing a high-growth, specialist British brand who are currently at an exciting stage with good investment to fuel their growth. They have created a new key position to help drive their future development plans.
The Role
This role reports to the CEO. Oversee all aspects of operations including; production, logistics, warehousing, the end-to-end supply chain, fulfilment, quality, and buying/trading margins. The role will partner with the CEO to design and execute transformation projects that support business growth and scalability.
The Person
We are looking for a proven operational and strategic Leader, preferably from within the consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce sector, with the expertise to manage multi-channel, global operations at scale. The business’ future is very exciting, and the ideal person will have a natural entrepreneurial mindset, be results-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
