IPS is an international company offering in-house Engineering and specialized services in Project Management for industries, Automation, and Architecture. With EPCM expertise and presence in over 10 countries, we maintain an entrepreneurial mindset focused on teamwork and innovation.
We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Warrington, UK, with open to frequent travel with long stays, without the need to relocate. You will spend approximately one year in Wales working on-site for a key project.
As a Project Engineer at IPS, you will be responsible for planning and managing a wide range of work packages and/or complete projects, from small improvements to large-scale initiatives. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Project Team, applying IPS’s project management methodology and utilizing advanced tools to support our clients in achieving their objectives.
Your responsibilities may cover multiple phases of project management:
- Project feasibility: Process description, plant layout, overall time schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.
- Project preparation phase: Investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, and procurement.
- Project realization phase: Project management, detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, and operational management.
Who are you?
- 100% mobility, open to frequent travel with long stays, without the need to relocate, including an on-site assignment in Wales for approximately one year, with the main office based in Warrington, UK.
- Engineer Degree / certificate.
- Experience in Project Management or as Project Engineer.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong construction site experience or interest.
- Knowledge in the Realization phase of projects.
- Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
- Competences: MS Office, AutoCAD management.
- Languages: English. French is a plus.
